Wow! I never knew how much I needed this little knife. It is my most used knife. It is wonderful to cut things you are holding, just like granny always did. The reverse curved blade makes it easy to use this way. The knife is very sharp and sturdy like all Rada knives.

Love This Knife
This is my "go to" knife for peeling everything. It fits in my hand and gets the job done in short order. I panic when I can't find it, so have 3 and when the black handle becomes available again, I want one of those too. My favorite floral knife..
I am a florist, and my favorite floral knife is the Granny Paring Knife. I have small hands, so many knives and tools are not comfortable, this knife is the perfect shape and size. The curved tip is great for me preventing accidental punctures. The length of the knife fits snug in my hand, and is lightweight reducing hand fatigue. I have bought multiples, and keep at my work table and in my mobile tool box. Love that it’s USA made!
