I'm sure that I'll use it on all kinds of fruits and veggies, but I was most interested in using it on Kohlrabi. It has a thicker, sometimes woody skin, and this little knife is going to do the job! I use other Rada paring knives to do that right now, but this is much better. The short curved blade will be perfect. Great design. Thank you!

Little granny knife
I have (had) 4 of these. Every time I get a new one, they disappear!!! I found one in my husband's truck, used to peel pears and munch while he is out in the field. One walked home with my grandson. One stays in the camper. This is the best little knife there is!!

I have loved this granny paring knife for years. So imagine my horror when they suddenly went missing! (I suspect they went into hubby's lunch and never made it home). So ordered two more, because we use them all. The. Time. My advice: never be without one.
