Would RecommendThe Heavy Duty Paring knife is great. I have ordered the regular paring knife more than once over the years because for some reason mine seem to disappear. This is my first Heavy Duty Paring Knife purchase but will won't be my last.

Cannot love without you
This is your best friend every day use knife. I cut every veggie, every fruit, smaller meats, anything with this knife. I have two because one is always in the dishwasher. I prefer the brushed metal handle and don’t care if it turns gray in the dishwasher. Love love love this knife.

Still slicing sharply after 50+ YEARS
I purchased the longer paring knife from a school fundraiser in the 1960's. I sharpen it as needed and it's still slicing like new. It's my go-to knife for veggie and fruit slicing. The blade is a little narrowed due to my decades of use, but it still slices as if it's brand new. I happy to have finally found where I can buy more like this and also I can now buy different kinds. I need the chef knife, slicing knife, tomato slicer, etc.
