Lock Mechanism Failed within 7 Months
Would Not RecommendI would not recommend this item. About seven months after installation, and with no prior warning, I found I was unable to open the door to my garage. Even after disassembling and removing the door knobs, the latch would not retract from the door frame. It took a special metal saw that cut off the latch mechanism in place to be able to remove it without destroying the door. Apparently, some part of the latch mechanism simply broke in place without warning. What a hassle! But another exampl...

disappointed with delivery service
Our order was placed this morning, along with the $15.00 delivery fee. I got notifications that the package was on the way and that they arrived at our location. However, it was not. I was then notified that our order had been taken back, and we were refunded the price of the package, but not the delivery fee. I will not be using the delivery service again, it has been a complete waste of time.
