I was excited @ first, but then.....
Would Not RecommendI assumed there would be a magnet, but there is not. And there is only one switch. So you have to cycle through the beam, and the side lantern no matter what you intend to use. That coupled with no magnet was on the go, I returned the product.

This is a very bright light for its small size
Would RecommendVey bright and the light bar on the side is a plus. This is great for being able to lay down and light up your work area. I used it doing work in the engine compartment of my truck and it was very helpful. I love the rechargeable battery pack that also doubles as an external batter pack with the USB C connector. It also comes with a holder for AAA batteries if needed. The only thing i would add is a magnet for holding it in areas.
