Not worth buying! 1st two bits broke quickly. Taught mechanics for nearly 40 years. Know how quality drill bits should function. Good quality bits don’t shatter at slow speeds under little pressure. Appeared to be defective

Oversized Case - Bad!
Would Not RecommendWhy is this case so large? For 14 drill bits, two rows of 7, the case comes with this is extremely thick/deep. It takes up way too much room and anyone's tool bag. What is the point of this?? Kobalt not wanting to design another case style?

They've worked well in both wood and metal and do a nice job penetrating without marring and exiting without damage. They show little sign of being any worse for wear despite the repeated use they've had since I bought them. The 2 Star rating comes largely from the frustration that Cobalt can't seem to design any case for the multi-packs of anything that actually keeps the items wher...

Garbage - do not buy
Would Not RecommendLike others, I've had many of these snap - so far 5 of the 21 have snapped on me while using them. Also like others have noted, they don't stay in their holder, and easily fall out of their holes and become a game of 21 (minus five so far broken) pickup My 5-8 year old Dewalt set never broke, they just got dull after so much use. Kobalt makes some fair tools, and the overall rating on these were pretty good. I regret the purchase.
