Would Not RecommendI typically have great luck and results with Kobalt tools and accessories. That was not the case with this bit set. Two of the bits snapped off while drilling through plastic!. I finished the job with one of my old Ryobi bits that worked just fine. These quick change bits sound like a good idea as the shank size of each bit is identical so you don't have to keep adjusting the drill chuck. This set is going back to Lowes!

Nice Box - Bits Not So Much
Would Not RecommendWanted a quick set for convenience and these looked like an OK inexpensive choice and I have had some fine Kobalt tools before. 1/8 bit broke on the first few revolutions on soft metal. Luckily two provided (a clue). I used a few of the others very carefully and so far so good. Kobalt shouold do better.

Would Not Recommendi have always bought a competitors hex drill bit set, but this year these were about 2/3 the price. I can see why. In trying to drill a single hole through 1/8" steel, 5 bits broke. very disappointing. don't recommend at all. I am a professional contractor, not a DIY, these might work well drilling through wood, but forget it on steel, even using a cutting oil.
