Needed a stronger socket
Would RecommendHad some really frozen bolts that I needed to remove. Cracked a regular chrome Craftsman socket using a breaker bar. Needed a heavier duty socket to complete the job. Good news is that I got the job done,and no more broken tools.👍

Took A Beating. You Couldn't Tell At All
Would RecommendI had some low height bolts on chipper blades that wouldn't come off as they had been sealed with red lock compound. I'd tried a 12-sided socket but it wouldn't do the job. I got two of these in case one started getting rounded, but after removing 10 bolts with it (and yes, I pre-heated the bolts because of the red lock compound) it didn't show any wear at all. It's a high quality impact socket and it was what I needed to get the job done.

Used it to get old garbage disposal turning again.
Would RecommendI used this socket to get a 30 year old garbage disposal turning again. The nut on the turning part of the disposal was too worn to catch is any more with the 12-point 1" socket I have used before. This 6-point 24mm fit on the worn nut securely, and I got the disposal turning again. And now I have added a 24mm socket to my tool set!
