Kobalt tools warranty is a hassle now !😡.
The product I purchased ( a Kobalt 10mm impact socket ) was great but the downside is that all my local Lowe’s stores in the St. Louis area have stopped selling individual tools so now if you loose a socket or any other tools you have to order it online and pay just as much for shipping as you do for the tool . Also you have to wait a week or more to receive the replacement tool and that’s not good when you need it for your job . I asked at the service desk what would happen now if I brake a Ko...
