It's a hammer

Have to give it 5 stars. It's a straight forward hammer. Works great. Much better than a brick.

Let's get hammered!

Comfortable grip, magnetic slot to hold nails if you should need to start them and don't have a free hand. The hammer does have a high pitched ringing sound to it when I am driving nails. Some people may not like this but I actually enjoy it.

Hold on!

The shape of this hammer and the thin metal at first took a little time to get used to. After a little use it felt very comfortable. It is balance and the grip with the handle shape asks a level of confidence.

Only one thing I'd change...

This is a nice hammer, but I prefer my Stanley antivibe 20 oz rip claw hammer. Why? Because the Stanley...has a rubber grip all the way to the end of the handle, whereas the Koblat knockoff (and yes they are that similar) has a slick plastic grip insert near the end of the handle...and feels sort of slippery. If you grip higher up...this will ot be an issue. It's a good hammer, and if this hard plastic part at the end of the handle doesn't bother you...like it does me, then you will love this...

A good hammer that hits stuff good

Got it on what I think was a clearance sale for about $10. The magnet on top works great for quick framing.

Now this is a hammer!! Good feel, good weight distribution and most importantly all forged. Tough, holds up. 10$ i spent on this hammer and i will never have to worry about buying another hammer. Hassle free lifetime warranty is amazing!

Outstanding value...

Purchased one of these 20oz Kobalt hammers for $10 at Lowes for my son, and thought it such a great value that I purchased a second hammer for my self. All steel construction, no worries of breaking a fiberglass or wooden handle. Carries Lowes no hassle life time guarantee. Impossible to find same value in northern PA for a hammer of this quality.

Great Hammer

I bought this as a gift for my husband and when my son-in-law saw it he loved it and couldn't believe the price I got it for so I am going to have to order him one too! I am also getting one for a family friend who loves to build things with wood.

Nice looking hammer, well balanced, you don't have to worry about the head flying off, 20 oz of power. Good price.

Nice hammer for the price

I bought this for $10 on sale. Well worth it! It has nice weighting and a comfortable grip. It's not made of fiberglass and seems very durable. Definitely worth the price so far.

My previous no-name hammer was getting old and rusted and decided it was time to replace it. Haven't used it yet but I chose it because of the name brand and the design. I like the rubber grip which makes it easier to handle and use while hammering. I also like the steel material.
