Missing clasps to stay closed

 Would Not Recommend

I received this missing clasps to keep it closed and it was shipped not in a box. A chat with a Lowe’s agent brought an apology and instruction to go to the store for assistance. Overall disappointed in both the product and the service.

I bought this tool set as a gift for my granddaughter. she is joist starting out in her first apartment and this set has quality tools that will suit a person just beginning. It has all the basic tools that would be needed for routine tasks all neatly packaged in a handy case to keep them all together.
