Missing Utility Knife
The set came in today and looked like a great starter, however mine was missing the utility knife. The box was sealed and didn’t look like it had ever been opened so I am not sure what happened there.

The tool kit itself seems to be just what I wanted; I have yet to put it to use. My dissatisfaction was with no Lowe’s associates being available to help me. Thankfully, another customer offered to help.
