Would Not RecommendWhat a waste of money!! Bought this for my B&D trimmer. Constantly feeds. Must be wrapped really poorly. 1 spool didnt even last 3 weeks and i have a pretty small yard! I will only buy the Black and Decker feom now on!

Would Recommendvery surprised with so many negative reviews. i have had my trimmer for a couple of years. tried to save money and purchase a different spool but very hard to get the right size. so i end up coming back to Lowe's and getting the name brand item. i am a 63 year old women and find it very easy to replace the spool. also Lowe's has always been great about replacing anything that I have had a problem with. i have purchased several boxes of the replacement spools and have never had a issue.

Would Not RecommendGrabbed a pack of these when my string ran out and figured I could refill them as quick replacements. Tiny little things don't appear to work with the equipment they are labeled as compatable with. Pretty much garbage now except I'll try to unwind the string to at least use that part of the product.

Most of my spent winding string, not trimming.
Defective design with trimmer. The auto-feed either feeds too much string or winds it in too much. The string is weak and wears much too quickly for bermudagrass. $20 for three replacements is stupid. Avoiding kobalt products in the future.
