Fair price for what you get

This has been a great 360 deg laser level. Very simple to use and rugged. I did drop it once from about 5 feet and it survived without a scratch. The only thing I would improve on is the magnet could be stronger. It tends to not hold very well on corner round.

Not useable outdoors

This states useable outdoors. It is not. Can confirm. It will not shine more than 16" outside before becoming non-visible. Very disappointed.

Great level for the money

Caught this thing on sale. Self leveling and accurate. Bright. Inside use as if the sun is shining in a window bright it gets hard to see the beam. Made for smaller areas. Magnetic back for mounting. Has held up very well. Battery will last a couple of days between charges. It does take over night to fully charge if you let it die all the way.

Just what I needed!

With so many projects that I am working on, this leveler helps me get things done as well as helping out with my OCD/perfectionist mentality.

All depends on what you are desiring...

100% cannot use outside unless dusk - almost dark....or early morning. Inside it works great. Would I recommend was the question......it did not work for me with plumbing and setting straight lines for deck in outside light. Debating on returning or keeping for inside projects.

Broke on 3rd use, no drops

I used this laser level 3 times and the lock/unlock (on/off) switch broke internally. After the piece inside broke it would not turn off. I didn't drop it, but would it break even more if I had? It was 112 days after purchase from Lowe's so they wouldn't exchange it, even though they said they would when I called them. I wasted a trip to Lowe's trying to exchange it. Not recommended for outside/daylight

I purchased this laser level at Lowe's to do a foundation level/layout the laser light cannot be seen in bright daylight you can only see it about 3 ft 4 ft would not recommend for outside use works great for inside or very shady area.

Great Visibility and Accuracy for Home Projects

This compact green planar self-leveling laser level worked great for hanging artwork evenly on both sides of my fireplace.
