I have some sink cabinets that were in really bad shape and needing either new paint or stain. I didn't want to take everything apart, make a big mess, or take a lot of time as we are trying to put the house on the market so I decided to give this a shot. I applied a thin coat and wiped them down with a coarse cloth and not much happened. Its possibly more work than sanding.
Would Not RecommendDont think for a second that this is the 'easy way out' of sanding . It takes just as much effort, to get into corners and few applications to make sure you etched the old finish. You basically have to tediously scrub. The only difference is theres no dust. With sanding, theres little guess work , you sand and are ready for primer.

Would RecommendJust wanted to advise anyone looking for the Jasco product that it may be listed as "Klean Strip Liquid Sandpaper Water-Based Sander Deglosser 1 qt." Same Lowes item number, but packaged as a different brand. I can't say if it's the same formula; maybe a product expert can comment... Turns out the parent company, located in Tennessee, makes and markets both products.

Would Not RecommendIt doesn't work at all. Used it to take off the polish from wooden furniture. Well, it works like a degreaser somehow, but defenitely not like a sander. Waste of time and money.
