Sleek but broken

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in November 2025 after doing much research. The look is sleek and it has lots of room. I did have a major issue with the ice machine only making 1 round of ice and then stopping. The tech that came out to fix had to replace the entire machine because the motor didn’t work. Disappointed due to it was brand new and didn’t work.

DO NOT BUY. 15 months and it’s dead.

I loved this refrigerator. And then one year and three months it, it’ll the freezer is dead. No warning, just an expensive appliance full of melted ice cream and defrosted meat. I bought this brand because I thought it would outlast the competition and I was so wrong. Disappointed is a massive understatement.

Roomy-Love the French doors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this one when our Samsung died after 14 years. Love the French doors and the 3 drawer freezer. To me, one flaw that is problematic for me is the door water dispenser drips after the glass is removed. I am constantly wiping up water from the base of the dispenser.

Quality with one issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We really love the kitchenaid refrigerator. Looks beautiful, roomy, and way to organize. We had one issue with the left side of the freezer making Frost, went on for 2 weeks and we had to have it replaced. Crossing my fingers the new refrigerator doesn’t have any issues

Refrigerator

We love this refrigerator so far, but we’ve only had it for a few weeks so far the water dispenser is we have to push it at the top of the lever to get water out, which is weird. It takes a whole day to make a bucket of ice.

Disappointing.....................................

Nice fridge but the freezer seems a little dark

I love the space and the overall product. The freezer only has one light and so it seems dark when looking for something in it.

Ice maker stopped working after a week

KitchenAid frenchdoor fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this great looking and practical fridge. A small complaint, the French doors are slightly misaligned by about 1/8” vertical direction.

so much room

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] However, I am sooo glad I got this one instead of the counter depth. It has so much room! I love the middle drawer, which I use for cheese and deli meats. The vegetable and fruit drawers keep all my produce super crisp. The extra 3 inches that it took up was well worth it.

KitchenAid strikes good again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are excited to have a refrigerator that customers have rated as quality! Some things we are LOVING include: 1) There are actuallt 3, yes THREE drawers/shelves in the freezer compartment. That means we can organize our food items MUCH more efficiently. 2) There are almost too many shelves for the refrigerator section. We have too many items that are taller, so one shelf is stored outside the unit. 3) The 3 shelves in the right hand door a...

Needs better lighting

Very nice refrigerator in comparison to others in the same price range. I like the Ice dispenser located on the door. I do feel the the lighting could have been better. The Veggie and meat drawers work well and the height of these drawers work well as not having to bend over for older folks.

Freezer has now worked since day one

Unfortunately we got a lemon. Since Day one the freezer has not work. Lowe quickly offered to swap it out for a new one. Also not all the accessories shown on the floor model are contained in the box. The pantry dividers are not part of the original equipment. Lowes staff made it right with one call. Kitchen aide should have done a better job...Thank god for Lowes.

Well, those gave me 10% off the retail price

They call this brand premium Lowe’s delivered this refrigerator on 1/6/26 within 2 days the ice maker started leaking water all over the place. Lowe’s sent out a replacement and the replacement was damaged so I’m still waiting on a working refrigerator

Terrible Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaces the old Kitchenaid that we had 4-6 service calls on. Finally Kitchenaid replaced it with a new unit that is close to the previous unit. The ice maker design in the top part of the unit is a bad design. The ice melts and sticks together. We are a household of 2 older people, so I don't open and close the refrigerator constantly. The new unit is cold, that is all good (better than the old unit) Buy the warranty if you buy this...
