The most beautiful fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is beautiful in our kitchen and is working great!

DONE at the 13 mo mark!

I loved my KitchenAid; so sad it took a turn for the worse at the 13-month mark. Glad i bought the Lowes extended warranty. They sent a repair company, then they submitted the info to KitchenAid, who deemed it a total loss. It was the inverter.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the features of this new refrigerator, it keeps produce fresh longer, allows for plenty of space to store beverage, makes ice rapidly, and the separate refrigerator drawer is perfect for cheeses and quick snack access. Having 2 drawers in the freezer as well as the pizza storage make organizing the freezer drawer space much more convenient than just a single drawer. Overall this is the best refrigerator we have ever had!

Every inch is well designed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The organization in this refrigerator is superb! The in-door icemaker bin saves valuable shelf room. Every inch is well designed from the retractable full-to-half shelf for tall pitchers, to a very handy shallow area with sliding access so small items don't get lost (such as sticks of butter & tubes of spices), to the versatile center drawer for meats, cheeses & beverages, to 3 trays in the freezer with a special vertical slot for pizza boxes....

Stylish fridge with thoughtful layout

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the exterior and interior look of this fridge, looks high end!! . Inside wood grain accent and lighting is so nice. Freezer space is well designed. Ice machine is important to us, this feature is not brilliant. Ice has already jammed up. This took much ai investigating to sort out ourselves, and get running again. We only had the fridge 5 months. Shelves inside door don’t allow for gallon of milk very easily. We switched to half gallons, a...

Very good purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the KitchenAid refrigerator to replace a Samsung that we had for 3 years. I was constantly having to replace or repair something. We already had a KitchenAid Wall oven a KitchenAid Dishwasher, a Convection Microwave and Stovetop. This completed the kitchen. Very happy with the unit for looks and functionality.

I really like the refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the refrigerator. I would like to have my shelves pull out. I am petite and reaching the back of the shelves is very difficult. I do have a handy step stool that helps. I really like the freeze pull out drawers and the bottom freezer drawer design.

Love the fridge, but not the Ice Maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge is the best I have owned so far. f it wasn't for the Fritzy ice maker it would have gotten a 5+. It gets confused at times and the only way to fix it is unplug the fridge and re-plug it back in. Also, the defrost cycle is a little too noisy. Lots of room and very convenient.

...a poor showing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gasket to freezer wasn't installed correctly. A shame QC did not catch this. Frosted up half of the compartment.

Nothing but the truth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lighting is great. Drawers in freezer make great use of space and makes easy access. Overall shelving is handy. The downside is ice maker cannot keep up if a busy household. The other reviews about water showing up in strange places on top of FLEX drawer turned out to be true and the ice dispenser drips water requiring a drip cup. Would be perfect frig if ice maker/inside door bucket was not in the door. I think the room temp or having door ope...

Design and fourth drawer is a wonderful feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful refrigerator but ice maker needs help it freezes up and shoots the ice everywhere put in the cup. I bought it because it was made in America maybe?

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this refrigerator! It is so easy to organize and locate the items you need.

Works Like a Champ!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like the controlled temperature display, the see-through reservoir, the one large drawer and the two smaller drawers in the freezer. Plenty of space. Everything is easily accessible. The gray finish on the sides is suitable for being a stand-alone on kitchen floor.

overall performance is good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I'm happy with performance and features, but I wish it would make ice faster.

Spacious

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I especially like the center drawer. Very convenient and easy to organize. It cools well and I like the ice and water dispenser, as it is easy to use. Overall, I am happy with this refrigerator.

The shelves!!!Two slide out drawers in the freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this fridge EXCEPT The ice maker is horrible! We have already had to have the ice maker replace and worked on 3 times. The open Ben causes the ice to stick together. Horrible design!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like every feature about this refrigerator, plenty of room for anything you want to store inside.

BEAUTIFUL FRIDGE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Frankly, the refrigerator is aesthetically beautiful. Everything is accessible in its own area. Think the icemaker is very avant-garde, but it could use improvement. The temperature is right on target. Each area cools appropriately

Nice but not as good as the older version

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ice maker is slow compared to my previous 23 year old Kitchenaid refrigerator. Also, the freezer is not sealed properly so it is icing up and I had to have it serviced. They ordered a new door that will take 6-8 weeks. Not ideal. I do love the french door style and the organization. The finish and accessibility are great - no complaints.

Only one issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it. The color matches my other appliances and the interior shelves allow for lots of storage. My only complaint would be the angle and location of the water spout on the door. It requires two hands, one to push for the water, the other to hold the cup/water bottle. If i use the cup to trigger the water it will miss because the angle/location of the water spout is too far forward.
