Disappointed

The service is terrible! Hard to get ahold of and put on hold every time On hold up to 3 hours with no answers. Been dealing with this for months. Ice keeps building up in the back of the pullout drawer that is part of the refrigerator even through the drawer is closed!!

We have had this refrigerator for about a month now and so far it’s been working great!! I’m hopeful that it will be a good product. The design and layout work out nicely for us.

Extremely bad designed water dispenser!!

Extremely stupid design!! the water spout is in front of ice so you have to use two hands to get water. One to hold glass or? And one to reach in to press paddle top. I thought the whole paddle came out more and you could press anywhereI. can’t imagine any one designing a worse water dispenser. They ought to be fired!!! Nice fridge but this ruined it since this feature is used a lot. They are lucky you can’t really try this feature before buying! DUMB! DUMB! DUMB!

Great features including an excellent ice maker

nice looks, great storage.

seems very high quality. aesthetics are great. quiet. great storage options. It's a little tough to level in an old house. I do not like the ice maker design. the ice melts and molds together since this is not a sealed compartment when you open the fridge doors.

Little things add up to be great things

I knew KitchenAid was quality, I fell in love with functionality of the water dispenser. It measures and dispenses exact amounts of ounces, cups, and even liters. The exterior is so easy to keep clean. The interior gray is just a cut above. These little things, I never knew I wanted or needed, added up to a great product.

Item NOT delivered

This item shows as delivered but was NOT delivered. The delivery team came to my house and the driver indicated that the plug on the unit had been completely disabled and the prongs were loose enough that I could wiggle them back and forth. He tried plugging the unit into my outside plug. It worked for about 3 seconds and then went dead. He also pointed out several large dents in the back of the refrigerator and two large dents/scrapes along the side. He put the unit back on the truck and return...

Sleek and functional

I love all of the organizational possibilities. The middle drawer is perfect for grabbing things quickly without having to open the entire fridge.
