What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the dishwasher for exceptional cleaning and drying performance, with dishes coming out spotless and completely dry. The near-silent operation surprises many, who report barely hearing it run. The third rack is widely celebrated for holding cups and bowls, while the automatic door opening aids drying. Large interior capacity and adjustable racks impress users upgrading from older models. Most find the express wash cycle effective for saving water and time. A few report minor issues, but overall customers consider this a highly reliable, efficient choice.

At first my only complaint was that it takes forever to wash but at least it was very quiet. I did like that it was quiet. Now it has stopped working and Kitchen Aid has been no help getting it repaired. Lowes won't take it back and Kitchen Aid won't send someone out to fix it. Beware! Do not buy this unit!

Good Dishwasher so far
Bought this to replace a 10 year old Kitchen Aid dishwasher. Hoping this unit lasts just as long as the old one. This unit does have a longer run time than my old one - only negative so far. I installed myself really not too hard for DIY. This unit does dry very well. Overall happy with the purchase - wish I was able to wait until it was on sale though
Best dishwasher ever!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Boy, do I love this dishwasher. I never knew I could love an appliance so much. This KitchenAid dishwasher is so quiet and I love that it has three racks. I even get compliments on it when people come over because it looks so nice and they didn’t even realize that the dishwasher was running. It stays nice and clean with the stainless steel interior. It dries fast. I would buy this again and again! I seriously cannot recommend it enough.

Lowes Failed
Would Not RecommendDelivery personnel did not unbox the product to inspect for damage as stated in Lowe’s Delivery Policy. After unboxing the product I found a massive dent in the dishwasher affecting both exterior and interior of the product. After a chat with a very nice chat agent, I have an exchange coming tomorrow. However, Lowe’s supervisors refused to offer any additional discount or offer for their lack of policy execution, or my time off work which will now encompass an additional day. I’ve been a loy...

Great Dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new dishwasher has lived up to all of the hype. After a minor hiccup (a disconnected wire) we have used dishwasher almost daily. Wife keeps looking for problems with completed washes and cannot find any. She says that compared to our old dishwasher ( a plastic tubbed model that you basically had to prewash everything and then dishes still came out dirty) this is like a minor miracle. she has stopped prewashing and even pre rinsing and i...
