Super quiet machine. We love the way it cleans.

New Dishwasher after 19 yrs

Have had this for just over a week. So far it is working as expected. Much larger capacity results in only having run it once since installation but worked well. Very quiet. If you want installation and operating manuals you have to download via qrc located inside the door. Had to purchase a separate 3/4 hose to 3/8 compression fitting. Original machine was 3/8 compression.

I bought this dishwasher three years ago May 2023

I bought this unit three years ago, May 2023. It already has to be replaced. It’s completely unresponsive. And will not run a full cycle. You expect a lot more for a unit I paid $1500 for.

Very Quiet Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing we noticed was how quiet this machine was. We weren't even sure it was working! We love the extra top rack, at first we were skeptical if items we put up there would get clean but everything comes out beautifully clean. We also like the way the door pops open after it is complete. So far so good, we just hope it lasts as long as the dishwasher we replaced, it was 29 years old

Reliable and thorough

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second KitchenAid dishwasher. We had it installed after moving into a different house. I have fun leaving challenging food on a plat now and then (eggs, cheese, oatmeal) to see if the dishes come clean. It never fails!

I had not purchased a dishwasher in 20 years, so it took me a while to decide on this model. I am very happy that I chose this one. I have been using the machine for two months. Dishes have been are clean and dry, with an only couple instances of dried on food needing a rewash. I did not expect the low noise level. One must listen closely to know if it is running ! Great Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The capacity is good but it takes some time to best determine how to load each of the racks. I like the layout, it's well thought out. It cleans thoroughly, I like the top rack. I does dry completely and the 3 rack configuration allows for glassware to dry without water trapped on top. Maintenance has not been an issue. It is very quiet, no issue running the dish washer while carryinghn on conversation in the adjoining room.

Quiet and very effective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is extremely quiet and does an excellent job of getting both plates and glasses clean.It is easy to load and holds a lot of plates, bowls and glasses. The pop open door means that all the dishes are bone dry when you unload.

Probably never buying from Lowe's again

First delivery from Lowe's and the item was dented to crap. Waiting weeks for my next delivery.

Average Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does not clean the dishes to sparkling and many of the items are still wet, even after using the extra drying button. Noise if fine. It has a smaller capacity than another we had with the same external dimensions.

Wanted to love it, but HORRIBLY LOUD

I really wanted to love this dishwasher, the third rack is amazing, the number of gets, smart wash tech, the aesthetics….there is a lot to love but 44dB is definitely not what you will get from this washer and it’s apparently a well known issue on Reddit and YouTube where this super obnoxious buzzing noise that is roughly 60-65dB or higher just fills the room all the way into the bedroom and there is nothing that can be done to fix it. Love my kitchenaid dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Last kitchenaid dishwasher lasted 30 years. Parents dishwasher l(not kitchenaid)lasted for 5ys. My husband suggested that they get a kitchenaid. They did and were thrilled with it! So we bought the same one as them. Love the amount of dishes it holds. Love the 3rd rack. Love how quiet it is. Love the Pro- dry.
