I would buy another one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does a good job cleaning and drying. It is very quiet. It is disappointing that there is no dedicated manual for the unit. There are only generic installation instructions for multiple models. I had a few items come in the box that it did not mention at all. Also no description of the various cycles and options, and the website is zero help.

Versatile dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new dishwasher, but I’m still learning about it. I like all the wash options, but found that the pro dry is too hot because it started to melt a ‘Tupperware’ lid. It is also nice and quiet compared to my old one.

It has some good features, except for drying time.

The only problem I have is that when it's drying is takes to long and once the green light turns on, opens the dishwasher until I see it and cancel and close the door. Great features and improvements!

Love the new top rack that really rinses the glasses better than earlier models. They also improved the pod and rinse aid holder/dispenser! Lots of options with movable racks and sections! KitchenAid is also the only brand with a large flatware basket that will hold our flatware without allowing pieces to fall all the way through! Ours h...

TOP NOTCH APPLIANCE

The cleaning performance is outstanding — I've never had a dishwasher get dishes this spotless. Although I've only had it a short time, I can honestly say I'm very satisfied with its performance. I'd highly recommend this dishwasher to anyone looking for a reliable, high-performing appliance.

Great Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an excellent dishwasher. It is very quiet and has many very helpful features. It dries dishes much better than my prior dishwasher and has the capacity to accept different sizes of dishes and other items. Our dishes are very clean and dry at the end of the cycle. We have had no problem with the dishwasher and required no maintenance.

Quiet and cleans great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Dishwasher Is very quiet and efficient. The reason for 4 stars is that it stopped opening upon completion of the cleaning cycle within the first month. The other issue is the bottom rack does not space my plates correctly. The good thing is that you can gently bend them one way or the other to hold the dishes properly. Overall, a great product for the price. I am very satisfied even with the 2 small issues.

Warning regarding 3rd party installation

I purchased an installation through Lowe’s in State College, PA. The installation cost was $320, and at the time of purchase I selected an installation date. Mega Plumbing Corp (third-party installer) was scheduled for that day. On the day of installation, Mega Plumbing Corp called and said they “needed to schedule” the installation for the following week. I immediately explained that I had already selected and taken time off for the original date, and that Lowe’s had already offered an install...

Super at cleaning. Lacking in information.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, the good news is that this dishwasher does a better job at cleaning dishes, pots and pans, than the Bosch it replaced. I do find the plate placement awkward and less efficient than the Bosch. But my biggest complaint is the lack of a printed manual. And as far as I can see, there is no real online manual either. Very strange! Every appliance has its quirks, but in this case I am forced to figure things out by trial and error.

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. I love the third top rack. Perfect for small bowls, cooking utensils and large knives. I use the Express wash which is 2 hours. Regular wash is 4 which I thin is way to long. Very quiet and I like that the door pops open during drying.

Beware of Lowes

We ordered/purchased this dishwasher, but didn’t get to experience how well it works because Lowe’s just up and cancelled my order for no reason at all. I was told it was cancelled by their associate and they refunded my money and gave me no reason why they did it. Beware!! You don’t want to do business with the Lowe’s in Tyler, Tx!

I knew i wanted a kitchenaid...

My husband's parents entire kitchen is kitchenaid and my fave appliance of theirs is the dishwasher! Its big and washes so so well. You barely have to rinse! So i bought the same one for our kitchen and I'm so happy I did! The 3rd rack is so helpful and I don't have to towel-dry after
