Completely Broke in less than 3 years

This dishwasher was bought in October 2023 and broke in July 2026. A repairman came out 3 times to attempt to fix it and on the third visit he told us that it is unable to be fixed. He said that he could not even run a diagnostic on it and believes it is some sort of electrical issue. When you pay close to $1500 for a dishwasher you expect it to last longer than three years. Great Features

Failed after 3.5 years

After 3.5 years device wont start. Technician came. Replaced control board. Still wont start. Now ordering some pump for it. Repairs and parts may cost more than original price. This is overpriced junk

Love my KitchenAid dishwasher!

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT

Fan runs for HOURS, even after "Cancel/Drain" cycle which is only 2 minutes in length!!. Loading glasses, cups and stem ware requires a logistics person-----this was not a cheap machine and it does NOT live up to KITCHENAID standards. Sleek Design, adjustable racks

Leaks and leaves cloudy film

Cleaning was somewhat OK, but quickly discovered our dishes started showing a film on them after we started using the new dishwasher (had it looked at and no one could find a problem). Then 6 months after manufacturer warranty expired we discovered the dishwasher had started leaking causing our wood floors to warp. The dishwasher only lasted about 2 years before we had to have it replaced.

Excellent efficient & quiet dishwasher

Impressive Dishwasher!
