Really great and quiet unit, while it worked.

Wonderful unit for the first two months, washed dishes perfectly and is so quiet, even quieter than anticipated... until it stopped working completely. Not responsive. Called for service under warranty and 5 weeks later we are still without a working dishwasher, waiting for a new wiring harness to be ordered. Frustrated that at this point they wouldn't just replace the unit considering it's been FIVE WEEKS!

Detergent Dispenser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mostly, we are pleased with this new dishwasher. It is delightfully quiet and has good capacity. Our complaint is that we have a hard time getting the detergent dispenser to close when preparing the dishwasher to start.

Happy with new dishwasher

I love my new dishwasher is 's quiet, cleaned very good and there is more space than it was in old one. drying pretty good. after all, done the dishwasher is very clean filtering all out.

Disappointingly loud

I ordered this specifically because of the 44db volume rating and it’s every bit as loud as the cheap low end unit it replaced.

Just purchased it. Seems to work well and is very quite. Really like the third rack.

Junk

This thing is junk! Had it for under 45 days and it’s only worked 4 times. The rest of the time it is broken. Do yourself a favor and run the other way! Do not buy this

Difficult to load

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our Kitchenaid dishwasher for a couple of months now and we continue to struggle with the loading of the dishwasher. The design of the racks is nothing short of pathetic. We have many Kitchenaid appliances in our kitchen and all the others are very good equipment. The new dishwasher is an exception due to the loading of the dishwasher which is a nightmare. We previously had a Kitchenaid dishwasher which failed after about 6 year...

What I love about the washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love how quiet the washer is. It is so quiet you believe that it’s not working. Love the third rack on top one of the reasons why I bought the washer. Love the silverware caddies with the slots. So easy to put silverware away.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the KitchenAid to replace a Frigidaire that was only five years old. I have another KitchenAid product that is very old and still operating perfect. I am very pleased with the dishwasher. It really works perfectly and is very quiet.

So far, so good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only been 2 weeks, but so far, so good. Whisper quite and holds more than our previous GE dishwasher. Hoping this one lasts more than 8 years. They no longer include an Owners Manual, just a quick start guide sheet. Read reviews.

Initial review.

Since we just started to use this dishwasher I can't review it properly but I can mention that the included instructions were extremely poor. Considering the cost of this dishwasher it should have included good installation instructions as well as at least quick operating instructions. It also didn't clearly indicate that a critical 90 deg elbow connector foe the inlet water hose was required. It instead was buried in the fine print.
