KitchenAid Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher is quiet, with plenty of capacity and looks good. The only issues are stacking the dishes. The racks don't seem to fit normal dish shapes and sizes. It seems to take an extreme amount of time if any other cycle besides quick wash is used. We do like the silver ware rack and the auto door feature.

Rack holders to far apart

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I like the 3 racks & the adjustable middle rack, the placement holders are spaced too far apart. Small dishes & lids fall through to the very bottom of the dishwasher. The 3 racks make it easier to fit more in at once. Cleans well & is very quiet. The bottom rack silverware holder needs to have a slotted holder in the middle of the holder similar to the end ones. I kept my silverware holder from my Frigidaire and am using it in my Kitchen...

Pretty good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the 3rd rack for small bowls and other small items, rather than it just being for cutlery….but I miss that the dishwasher that this replaced had the heating element covered / concealed. Definitely don’t like the exposed heating coil. It also takes a really long time to wash, even on the express setting…and doesn’t give an estimate of time remaining. All in all, it cleans well and I really like that the door pops open when it’s done.

Terrible service!!

Filtration works well - never find any food particles on dishes after a completed cycle. High quality without the high price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been exceptionally pleased with the low noise level of the dishwasher as well as the pro drying feature. It is so nice to actually have totally clean and dry dishes. The third rack as well as the tall tub gives us so much more capacity that allows us to do less cycles compared to our old unit. The build quality is excellent. I highly recommend this dishwasher to anyone who wants a high quality unit without the high price.

No Longer Shouting above a Noisy Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dishwasher to replace an older noisy one. Our kitchen and den are one large room. The old ones measured in at 65 dB(A). This one is eight times quieter (41 dBA). Now we can talk and watch television without having to turn the volume extremely loud. Oh, and it does a much better job cleaning the dishes, too.

Overall Good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the Normal wash setting and ProDry setting but the dishes on top rack and middle rack have water sitting on them when done. I also notice the top rack does not seem to get rinsed well with soap still on them ... and I am very careful with loading for optimal water circulation. I do like the options for loading various size pieces and even without soaking, so far am happy with cleaning.

Excellent dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is doing a great job. It is very quiet, holds a lot of dishes-the third rack is a great addition, and gets everything very clean. It is very easy to use. I only wish I had a more detailed manual! My favorite thing is how it opens itself a little at the end of the drying cycle to allow the heat to escape!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great purchase replacing my 29 year old Kitchen Aid. It’s very quiet, has a third rack, plenty of room for full load. Cleans and drys perfectly. I’m very pleased with this product. Highly recommend. Hope it lasts another 29 years.
