Light bulbs?

What light bulbs are you supposed to use in this light? The manual only says use 60-watt max. medium base bulbs or LED equivalent, and the photo seems to show edison style light bulbs. But we bought the edison style light bulbs and they are too large to fit inside the glass shade? See photos and please advise.

Kirchler Semi-Flush Mount

My wife loves the light. Only took about an hour to put together and install. I watched this video on YouTube before installing. The only thing I had to do was shorten the two long machine screws that attached the canopy. Beautiful but a DISASTER to install

Something that should have taken 1.5 hours max for 2 fixtures ended up taking 6 hours. It is nearly impossible to install alone. Luckily I have the experience to alter some of the hardware. Otherwise it would not have worked. The assembly instructions had a ton of missing information. It's a beautiful fixture, but will never install this brand again.

This light is perfect for small dining rooms

Looks nice, hard to install

The lamp is hard to install if the glass and bulbs are already in place. If you add the glass after the lamp is hung then the glass is hard to install

Literally impossible to install

The included installation instructions omit a critical step (threading the supply wires through the tube and canopy before mounting). Once you get that far, you learn that there is no room whatsoever to perform the connections with around the canopy. You can have it back, Lowes.

Difficult Installation

Installation is very difficult. It takes 2 people at certain points in the process. This fixture is supposed to have 3 light bulbs. You can only fit 2 of them inside the fixture. The area in the ceiling in way of where this fixture is installed must be sufficiently recessed to allow the top flange of the fixture to be flush with the ceiling. Bought two Black/Wood Tone and Gray

So far nothing except would have been nice if bulbs were included. We bought two of these fixtures one brown wood tone the other gray wood tone. The gray came with bulbs! Nice quality fixture!

Kichler Barrington 3-Light Semi-Flush mount

Overall the light is very nice. The fit and finish is not as good as I expected. These lights have quite a bit of assembly and once together things dont line up perfectly. There is quite a few adjustments and tweaking needed to make it perfect.

Awesome Looking Light

Like the overall look and the ability to pair with other lights in the same series made for a great choice. Easy to install. Brightens up our kitchen. I recommend this brand of lighting. Great product and reasonable price point.

Nice looking, but not easy to install.

First off: The light cannot be installed with the parts provided. The instructions are also not very clear. My first installation took over 3 hours to install. The dry-fit to the existing socket required an extra trip back to the store to get shorter bolts. The base plate provided looked great, and made for the strongest installation, but if used, there would be no way to wire the light once mounted. Difficult to find replacement bulbs

This light is attractive, but very difficult to find replacement bulbs. There are 3 bulbs that come with it that are yellow. I wanted daylight bulbs. Most Edison style replacement bulbs are too long to put the cover back on the light fixture. This is not a good design.

Worth the money

Very high quality materials. Very stylish...it even included the light bulbs!

I like the style and the bubble glass. The directions could be a little clearer.
