Would RecommendNot the best made for installation and Safety. A pain to install and I'm worried it may fall. Not a lot holding it up. But it looks great.

Great design and functionality. This light looks beautiful over my kitchen table. Antique lights do put off a little more heat than an LED bulb. But the style is great. I’ve also bought the mini pendant light and the flush mount light all of the same brand that match.

Would RecommendThese hanging lights look great and we get a lot compliments. The wood is actually metal, but look like real wood. They are well made and they could last forever. I replaced the light bulbs for LED lights because these vintage lights consume a lot of electricity. The regular vintage 60v lights are not bright enough for most people. They create the ambience of a fine restaurant, but compatible LED lights are way brighter. I highly recommend this lights.

Would Not RecommendIt looks nice in pictures but once you hang it it only hangs one way so be careful how you box in your celling is mounted I had to make an adapter plate to hang mine the direction I needed it to go in.

Would RecommendIt’s beautiful and I’m so glad I bought it. Yes it’s dim but you can change out the lights. It’s definitely not a deal breaker. The spot to hang the chain was crooked so my husband had to put 1 more chain link on one side. He got it hung in about an hour. The light looks high quality.

Would RecommendVery pricey, I do think it is over priced, all of the Kichler Barrington brand is very high priced. But this light is amazing looking above me kitchen island in my new home which is rustic themed!

Would RecommendEverything in the box was packaged well, and all required contents were present upon opening. We installed this island light over our island in the kitchen, although we contemplated it over the dining room table. Installation was very straightforward, and if you understand basic electrical work, you'll be fine to put it in yourself. Lovely, just change the bulbs to brighter lights
Would RecommendI see other comments regarding the dimness of the light. The bulbs that it comes with are too dim. But you can just switch them out with LEDs. The max wattage per socket is 60 watts, most LEDs are only 9 watts, so just switch them out.
Looks pretty but puts off hardly any light
Would Not RecommendIf you need actual light in the room, do not buy this light. It's pretty and looks great hung, but it absolutely doesn't put off enough light. For this reason, I hate it.

Crooked light and terrible instructions
Would Not RecommendLight looks nice as long as you can get it balanced and installed. You need someone to hold the fixture while you connect the wiring. Very difficult to install and the directions are weak about the outlet box needed.
