Quality control could be better, but still good
Product have some minimal scratches in the paint out of the box. Some of the threads for installation and light bulbs had too much paint in them that we had to get out. We still installed it though and it’s a much better chandelier than the previous one we had.

The negative reviews about getting the glass pieces on there is a little wrench tool included. Also we put everything on before hanging it so idk if that's where people had a problem. missing parts
Would Not RecommendItem has missing parts. Although It box is not in prestine condition and I knew its probably a returned item, I expected Lowe's to check and confirm that its working. since i needed it asap i have purchased the item as there were only 2 boxes left. The electrician informed me that there's a missing piece which would make it impossible to install.

What A Nightmare
Bought this at a Lowe’s in south central PA. The one glass globe was broken, ordered a new globe. Had to rent a ladder to install it, hung it up and there’s a short in it. It’s past the 90 day return policy by now. Looks like this may have been a return and Lowe’s never checked it. 229 bucks down the drain.
