What Customers Are Saying

The rustic-style chandelier is generally well-received for its attractive and elegant design. Customers praise the chandelier's beautiful appearance and the warm, cozy ambiance it creates. However, some issues were reported, such as the included light bulbs being too dim or having an undesirable yellow tone, requiring replacement. There were also a few quality control problems, like broken or misaligned glass shades, and the installation process was found to be more challenging than expected by some customers. Overall, the chandelier is a stylish and well-made lighting fixture that many customers are satisfied with, despite a few minor drawbacks.

Ordered this via shipping to home because the website said it would be delivered next day. Would have been faster to ship to store and pick up. Very frustrated that this wasn't indicated at the time of order. Now having to wait 6 days for a time sensitive situation.

Frustrated with quality

We purchased several coordinating lights from this series to replace 10 different light fixtures in our home. All but 4 of them had problems. This one came with two decorative screws missing and one head broken off from the actual screw part

Missing all hardware

Would Not Recommend

We purchased several coordinating lights from this series to replace 10 different light fixtures in our home. All but 4 of them had problems. This one came with no hardware, to include missing decorative screws to attach second tier, the rod, chain and all ceiling mount plates/hardware.
