What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this magnetic level for its exceptional accuracy and durability. The strong magnets securely attach to metal surfaces like pipes and beams, enabling hands-free use—a primary reason for purchase. Reviewers commend the large, clear bubbles readable even in dim light, with glow-in-the-dark trim enhancing visibility. The lightweight aluminum frame feels sturdy and survives drops, while its compact size makes it ideal for tight spaces and tool belts. A few note the strong magnets occasionally attract small metal objects, but nearly all customers consider it reliable and highly recommend it for both DIY and professional tasks.

Hold on Tight
Would RecommendJohnson advertises it comes with a rare magnetic. I found my lost 12 level right after I bought this Johnson level and my old level (three or 4 years old) cannot compare to it. This magnet overpowers my old one easily. The incline bubble gives you in 1/8 inch increments any error. I paid a few dollars more for the Johnson name, but add in a lifetime warranty and it quickly becomes worth the price.

Easy to handle, easy to read
I am not an accomplished carpenter, but from time to time I take on a small project around the house. Keeping things on the level is not as simple or easy as it appears. The magnetic torpedo level helps! It is compact and easy to handle/manipulate. It is also easy to read, even for someone like me! I wish I'd had one in my toolbox a long time ago.
