Great little power supply

The unit came packaged perfectly. Box within a box with foam spacers. No damage to box or unit. Picked up at Lowes store, Waterloo, NY. Got it home and fully charged the Jackery 550, next for a trial run I powered up our 37" lcd tv and one 40 watt led light bulb. The 550 kept the tv and light running for 7 straight hours without a single problem. I might add the tv was antenna feed with signal amplifier and a powered signal splitter. Good

Good phone charger while out in the field. It charged all night & still had plenty of juice in the morning. Not enough umf to run my coffee pot though

Great purchase

It works perfectly as described. The 550 is actually too small to use all night with the electric blanket that I have, but I need it mostly until I get warmed up sufficiently, then I can get to sleep. The fan does come on briefly every now and then to keep the batteries from overheating, but it doesn't hurt having a little heat to warm the air.

Great off the grid power for camping

We received our Jackery 1500 back in August. It's great for supplying off the grid power. We use it for our yurt. It powers everything we need, fans, small appliances and it will also charge your USB powered devices. it also holds a charge for months. A must buy for any outdoors person.

Small and portable

Have not used it. It just doesnt go with our situation. I need to exchange or return it. But it is very nice, just wont connect where I need it

Great unit though solar seems somewhat limited

This unit is very well constructed, very easy to set up and use. The multiple charging options are great as well. I do find that the solar charging with two panels is somewhat limited. It does take a long time even in direct sunlight on a crystal clear day- bearing in mind it is currently fall in New England and the sun's strength is somewhat diminished. I find the 100 watt panels rarely absorb 100 watts when charging the unit. For this to be a reliable source of strictly solar power for me...

Solar/generator

I liked the fact that it came about halfway charged, so it only took a couple of hours to get it to 100% charge with a regular house outlet. And yes, this size is small, but it could easily power up your phone, keep led lights powered, and more. And it can be charged while your car is running. The attachments come with it. You can also purchase a solar panel to charge it--60 watt is recommended.

Can’t get wet

Very convenient power source easy to carry and use. The one disappointment is that not only can’t the generator get wet, the solar panels aren’t weatherproof

Bad Package design

love it charges up quickly with plug in. Took 10 days to get here and two days before I opened because of my work schedule. The flashlight on the side was in the on position and so had been on 24hrs a day for at least 12 days and battery had been drained down to 19% before it even had it's first use. Really disapointed in that. Very thin piece of tape placed on the on/off button for flashlight but it is packed so tightly in the box the slightest little bump would turn it on. Again Can Not stress...

Great capacity and charge features!

Love the features and power capacity! We fully charged it up and then put it to the test with multiple, high-draw devices (toaster--twice, electric water kettle--twice, and crock pot--4 hours) and charged several, low-draw devices multiple times over 3 days (cell phones 6 times, 11,000mAh battery packs 2 times) and it still had 40% charge remaining. During the 3 days, no input power was sent to the Power Station. Charged it via wall and then used it again until it was down to 60%. At that poi...

Must have gotten a lemon...

Charged it up 100% and still 100% when we got to our destination. Cold morning so plugged in a pot for hot water for coffee and hot cereal. Nothing...tried all 3 outlets...tried different things...nothing but the charge went down even with nothing plugged in. In Lowe's defense, they came and picked it up without a problem. I'm afraid to purchase another one.
