Great bits, poor storage case.

Storage case not the best, and I only bought them because of the case. They did fit but took way too long to store them.

Would give 0 stars if I could...

Just because of the stupid case. Ended up throwing the whole thing away.

Hey DIYers, Want to feel really stupid and inept? Buy the Irwin 10 pc. Speedbor Spade Bit set and TRY and fit them in the accompanying case. Save yourself a lot of brain ache and get a Pringles can. LOL

The spade bits do not fin in the case!

you can get them to fit if you have them all in a different orientation.. its hard to remember and you have to dump it all out just to use the one you need .. where was that engineering 🤔 lord I've seen so much of that in the last 10 yrs. I purchases a better set. returning the other!

Nice set with a few quirks

I like the set because of the extension and compact case. However, I would have preferred a 1 1/4 inch bit instead of two 1 inch bits. Fitting all the bits into the case is a bit of a puzzle, but that's easily fixed by removing the vertical plastic fins. I used a pliers and cleaned it up with a sharp chisel. It now takes no time to fit everything into the case., and additional bits will also fit.

Case, extension, and bits. Pretty good!

The case and bit extension was a nice add. The width choices are all I could need. The 1 1/8 bit drilled a hole through my house so I'd call that pretty good.

Nice and sharp out of the box and last quite a while. Like the shorties to get in tighter spots.

These spade bits are great nice and sharp and easly sharpenable. These should last a nice long time.

Cuts quick

Blades are sharp and the extension gives you the extra reach without paying for the long arbor bits

I only buy Irwin paddle bits because they last longer and stay sharper

Cuts well

Bores well into wood and cuts a clean hole. But I am not a fan of the case itself. I’m unsure if I’m not storing correctly but will not hold all the bits.

Great

Case is a bonus, when set up right all the tools can be safely stored. And having the most used sizes in one place is great. They should make other items with a small storage case.
