Irwin Jack is a great 3rd Hand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Irwin Quick-Lift Construction Jack is a great, durable, well built tool. That comes in handy with many tasks. I used it to help hold a gate in black while I attached the hinges. I wish I had two of them.

Heavy Lifter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the Irwin Quick-Lift Construction Jack to replace a caster on my workbench. The jack lifted my workbench easily and allowed me to change the caster without the hassle of turning my workbench on its side. This Quick-Lift jack will come in handy for future projects around the house including kitchen cabinets, leveling appliances or replacing broken feet on furniture.

Great for odd jobs around the house

It easily slides under furniture, appliances or whatever you need to lift. It effortlessly lifts them amd hold them in place. Ruggedly built and great finish quality. Love that they have previsions so you can screw it to struction for construction uses.

Not just for construction

The ability to spread and get both hands back to work with was invaluable. After using it on the construction site I also found some things on the farm to use it with. I often work alone and this helped me get things done faster when I needed three hands.

Way better than expected

Previously, I used an automotive jack, and the problem is those jacks are not designed to lower a structure all the way to the ground. Small but mighty

I usually work alone a lot of the time and sometimes need a second hand whether ot be holding or lifting. With this set at lifting 300lb it has many possible uses. With a couple of them you could set upper cabinets off of the lowers. Need to adjust appliance feet no problem, well maybe some of the bigger fridges might be over the weight limit.

Great for making heavy lifting tasks easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As an electrician, I often have to lift and mount large equipment like disconnects, junction boxes, etc. This tool makes that job so much easier when I’m working alone. The small adjustment for raising and lowering allow for very precise leveling with no effort, and allows it to be done safely as well.

Good for certain jobs, I need to try it longer

Multiple uses and sturdy product

Build quality is about what you'd expect from a well known company like Irwin, and little disappointing that you only get one jack per box. Not Just Windows and doors

Great tool

The door is too heavy to hold up by yourself and remount the hinges without having to up a pulley or brace. Strong & steady

Second use, tried something a little different I used it as a board straightener on a mahogany deck 2x4 and the IRWIN quick-lift up against 2x joist and mahogany decking and press away worked great. Awesome... A must have tool in your workshop

I particularly liked the position of the slow down button, very intuitive and easy to operate. I use the lift to help hang a cabinet in the work shop.
