What Customers Are Saying
The product is praised for its ability to quickly and efficiently drill through a variety of materials, including wood, fence posts, and railroad ties. The extra length is highlighted as a major advantage, allowing users to reach deep areas and drill all the way through thick walls or stacked materials. While the bit is considered sharp and aggressive, some users note that it may require more downward pressure and frequent clearing of the hole to prevent it from dulling quickly, especially when drilling through harder woods. Overall, the majority of customers are satisfied with the product's performance and value.

Would RecommendI needed to drill through my drywall and bottom plate to run wiring through the floor and install a light switch and light fixture in my pantry. I considered a flex auger bit but they were $40! This was the perfected economical alternative.

Drill bit
Would Not RecommendI needed an auger drill bit to drill holes for brace pins in fence posts. I asked a Lowe's worker "should I get an auger bit or a spade bit, which one will work better" he said spade drill so I bought it. Tried it once and went back to buy an auger bit which worked alot better.

Drills faster than a woodpecker
Would RecommendI needed the long reach to go through the fence post, 2x4 and fence panel. I would buy another one if I ever had to but I think that with the quality of this one it will be around for a long time.

agressive speedbore
Would RecommendThis puts a hole in wood quickly! It is aggressive and not one you can start and back off. It pulls aggressively. If you need a quick hole, this will do it. If you want more control choose a regular spade bit.

Drill bit
Would RecommendExcellent drill bit, I used it today to drill holes in 6x6 treated wood for landscaping and used rebar to fasten to another and drive into the ground.

Inexpensive but dulls quickly
Would RecommendI used this to bore 3/8” holes through 6x6 PT lumber as a pilot hole for 1/2” spikes. It worked well in the beginning, but noticibly begun dulling after about 10-12 holes. After about 20 holes it took a lot of downward pressure to bore holes.

Good value and performance
Would RecommendNeeded a long 3/8" wood boring bit to reach through a thick wall. Took longer to buy it than it did to bore the hole!
