I typically use paddle bits- some more fancy that others but I decided to give these a try and now I’m wondering how I lived without em. They make light work of any drilling task and made it look easy so I’m quite happy with them.

Would RecommendOut of the package these bores cut quickly without undue tear-out at entry or exit. These have the usual problem of self feeding bores in that they stop pulling when the thread cuts through but if not overly forced, they don't splinter the exit hole. They are sharp but how long they will hold the edge isn't known and haven't hit any nail yet. So far are a good deal.

Would RecommendThey power through wood like a hot knife and butter the exit hole isn’t destroyed like with a spade Bit and they are impact rated. Price is awesome too and they come in the common anchor bolt sizes so it’s a win win for anyone who needs a set of durable bits

dull, shoddy garbage
Would Not Recommendhow do these bits have such good reviews ? every "sharp" edge on them is rough and unfinished. i understand perfectly well that these bits are for rough drilling, but the holes they produce are just useless for anything but maybe running cable through wall studs. pure junk, might as well buy drill bits for 5 bucks from harbor freight.
