Would RecommendThe bits included work well for appropriate applications. The only thing I found was that there are several gaps in the sizes. The set does not include the following sizes: 1-3/4, 1-7/8, and 2-1/8. If you want these, you will need them separately.

I bought these needing a 1-5/8" forstner bit because the 1-1/2" single bit I purchased, while creating a perfect hole, did not leave any room for variation in the Ikea tea candles diameter. When I was using the sold a single bit the hole made was flawless without bogging down my bench top drill press. Would RecommendReceived as a birthday gift. Bores smooth-walled holes with ease. Even through hardwood. Was burrs on cutting surfaces but after first cut they are now smooth. Very pleased.

Would Not RecommendPurchased this 14 bit set a few days ago (6/13/17). Upon inspection returned to the store for a refund. Lowe's as always had no problem with the return. Problem with these forstner bits is every cutting surface is burred up bad! Like below HF quality, BAD. Don't do like I did, open the box and inspect every bit. Not the same quality as individually sold bits.
