Would RecommendI have slate floors through out my house and a sloped 14-24 ft. ceiling in my living room. According to customer support, the Braava 380t doesn't work optimally at ceilings over 10 ft. high. But this little guy does a great job, both dry and damp mopping, even with the high ceilings. I'm very pleased with it and love how quiet it is. It's a great complement to my Roomba 880, which I also love.

Does a so-so job. Cleans up some mud.
Would Not RecommendPolishes most areas of linoleum floor but just smears mud in other areas without cleaning it up.

Excellent Product
Would RecommendBraava 380t does an excellent job. I'm very impressed. We are living on a Farm and have a house with approx. 5000sqf and two kids and two pet cats, therefore a lot of dirt. I got my Roomba 650 for Christmas two years ago. I use it everyday and it does a good job as well. Now I bought the Braava for damp mopping everyday. It is superb! No streaks to see and I have dark brown tiles and laminate floors. Because of the size of the house, I have to move it from room to room. The only big minus is, th...

what an amazing machine! We LOVE him!
Would RecommendI bought my wife a Roomba 870 the wife named him Antonio. It did such an awesome job I got her a Braava380t. I got a discount when I bought it but think it is well worth full price! The wife and I are both disabled and we just could not keep up with our floors! Enter Miguel. We charged him up, gave him a pad and set up the cube. He went to work! I watched him and he didn't miss anything. My wife can now maintain our laminate floors with ease. It gives her a feeling of accomplishment and when the...

Better than Roomba!
Would RecommendRecent move left me with tile/laminate floors. My old Roomba is perpetually stuck between bookcase and carpet, chewing up the bottom shelf and eating the rug when it's not ripping down blinds via the cord or knocking over/smashing light/antique tables/plant stands. Mop-bot is a much better cleaner and not as destructive to my smaller furniture. I use dry and wet Swiffer cloths and it takes up serious amounts of mud in the entry way and my back screened-in porch, while scrubbing clean kitchen til...

Really?
Would Not RecommendIt goes in an awkward pattern; seems to go over the same area again and again. I would like it to go across the room but it stops after 5 or 6 feet and comes back. I never know what it did or where it went. It died under a sofa; couldn't find it. The charger is a joke. You have to stand it up against the wall and push the thing into it. Even then the charger often does not make contact and you have to jiggle it around until it fits. Charger gets an F.

short battery life
Would Not RecommendI liked it at the begging until i realized that every cleaning cycle is getting shorter. 6 months in, the cleaning cycle was cut by 60%. Now after 10 months, I can only run it for 10 minutes before it gets empty. Not to mention, its turning off most of the time after bumping into furniture (even when its charged). Bummer - i did like it at first

Very good for person with arthritis
Would RecommendI have arthritis and find the lightweight unit to be very easy to handle. The hardest thing would be holding the heavy jug of cleaning solution that I use to fill the reservoir but obviously that is not the Braava's problem!. The pull tab on the reservoir is just big enough to slide your finger under and lift it up. It is not hard to do at all. We use the Braava on smooth bamboo floors after removing the larger debris with a Roomba 880. The Braava is very quiet so you need to listen carefully fo...

Very Disappointed
Would Not RecommendFirst, let me say, I own the Roomba 770 vacuum and I LOVE her (yes her). That said, I do not even LIKE the floor mop. It is too small, too slow, too quiet (easy to loose cause you can't hear it), doesn't clean very well and now after having for just a few months it has decided my rugs should be cleaned as well as the tile floors. I say "back to the drawing boards" for some much needed improvement! We people with bad backs NEED a good cleaning system!

My little helper
Would RecommendBrava is great for daily maintenance. I have two Great Danes and clean our wood floors daily. Once a week I do a thorough cleaning and use brava in between to help. I also have I robot vacuum and use it daily. Both are a great help. I gave my sister one for her birthday. She was pleasantly surprised. Wish I had one for upstairs too!

What a timesaver!
Would RecommendI'm so impressed with this little machine! I've been using it regularly, and now just wash my floors "the old-fashioned way" about once a month. Love it!

My first impression is positive
Would RecommendI would recommend to include a bit more information about how the machine works, especially about the navigation system. More information would help decide what is the best position for the cube. I also wonder whether it would be a good idea to have a scooba that works with a navigation system like braava!

Great Little Cleaner
Would RecommendThis little cleaner works great for our terrazzo tile floors. Some are polished, most are"rough" finished. We either use the Roomba first or, for smaller areas, a disposable Swiffer pad to sweep. Then go back with the wet mop. We are using PineSol diluted per the bottles instructions. Works great. Not sure why Roomba does not recommend this cleaner. It does not go through the machine so it can't be due to breakdown of parts/seals. One fill of the Pro Clean reservoir cleans a large area. We are u...

So Glad I Purchased!
Would RecommendI absolutely LOVE this robot! I can clean the floors in 7 rooms on one charge. I have a vaulted ceiling in my large living room but have figured out the navigation cube will work if I place it on the fireplace mantle where the ceiling is slanted. I am amazed at the cleaning range/distance of the "GPS" signal. I let my Roomba 880 vacuum the floors first then finish up with the Braava damp mopping. Both robots do a fantastic job leaving me free to do other things. I have to move the navigation cub...

So far, so good
Would RecommendSo far impressed. I have run the sweep and mop features. It works as advertised. The proof is in the dirt on the pads when finished. You have to deep clean every so often, but this is a BIG help in between.
