I did not use it often, it did okay when used no real navigation. The battery was a joke.

iRobot Braava 380t Robot Mop left me dissapointed.

My daughter bought this same iRobot mop, she has four children and two dogs. She loves hers. I then invested in one and have wanted to love it but I have had nothing but problems with it staying charged. While it is either on the turbo charger or plugged directly into a wall outlet, the music plays all hours of the day letting me know it isn't charging or keeping a charge. I can only use it for about 10 minutes and then it is dead. Customer service sent me a different charger and it does the sam...

I have one and have purchased as gifts

Ok...so here's the down and dirty on this little robot. Could I do a better job on my hands and knees..probably...am I going to do that...no..so in my book, it's a big fat SCORE!! We have hard wood floors. If I notice something that has been dropped and smudged on my floor..I spritz it with a spray bottle before turning the robot on. After the machine has finished cleaning..I back up and look at the area cleaned..if I notice a missed spot..I take the damp cloth off of the bottom of the robot and...

Do not buy. -zero stars. Has never worked.

Turns off every 3 minutes, does not charge properly and does not clean the floors. A total waste of money. Should be taken off the market and money returned to every customer.

Great product

Great hassle and hands free product. Can clean other areas of the house while brava is running which is great. ABSOLUTELY love that you can use swifter pads on the multi use base. Run time is short and I wish there was some sort of wifi capabilities like my iRobot vacuum

Amazing better than swifter or a regular mop. Very good on tile and hard floors. It is silent no noise whatsoever. Good navigation and edge cleaning. My parents got a Roomba and a Brava in a bundle as we did as a result.

Thinking about buying one of these

I have six small dogs. Sometimes they have accidents. Which of these robots is best for using with pets, laminate and tile floors??? I'd be THRILLED (thrilled, I tell you!) if I could come home to a clean house every day.

Bought twice, broke twice

We enjoyed this for 6 months, then it stopped working. We replaced it, same issue in roughly same time frame.

Definitely Do Not Buy.

Most frustrating purchase of my life. Hours and hours wasted trying to get it to work to no avail. Turns off after 5 seconds repeatedly. Tried everything in multiple trouble shooting videos. This thing Sucks!

Consistently stops working after 5 minutes

My robot works well for the first year. After that, the battery dies, and can only run for 10-15 minutes. So I bought a new battery and it works again. Then after a few months, it consistently plays error sound after 5 minutes, and stops cleaning. After checking the troubleshoot website, everything looks good, and called the service guy, they just ask me to buy a new one. Very disappointed and won't recommend it to anyone.

Save your money

After having the Braava 240 for sometime - I bought this for larger cleaning areas. I was so disappointed to find it leaves dirty streaks behind it. Nothin you can do about that.

Awful- tire treads fall off from mopping

I do not recomment it. I had to change it 3 times and lastly the battery died.

This is my 2nd Braava and each of them have been rendered useless, because each time a tire tread fell off during mopping. If a tire tread becomes too wet from a lengthy time mopping, then it will fall off. When I put it back on the wheel, the tread was too loose and had been stretched out. Otherwise, I liked the Braava and thought it performed well with sweeping and mopping, but I will not be buying a 3rd one.

Reservoir Cleaning Pad is a joke

Tank sucks they know it's a problem but don't care. I'm sure this review will be taken down

While this definitely won't be the only mop we use, we've found it to be very helpful in maintaining clean floors. We have all tile in our house so this little guy can't cover the whole house in one cleaning cycle but I'm finding that if I use it in one or two areas each day, the floors stay really clean. When mopping, you definitely have to start with a wet mopping pad.

Purchased two and the battery life is horrible.

If you have extra money then give them a try, but do not expect much run time. I have ordered replacement lithium batteries to replace NiHi batteries. Will let you know how they work.

Makes my life better!!

I have gone through so many times of severe pain and low motivation. I got the Braava shortly after I got the Roomba 980. I can't tell you what a blessing and whopping miracle the Braava has been to me. My husband feeds hummingbirds daily dripping sugary liquid on the hard floors 30-40 feet from kitchen to outside. Braava cleans up these sticky spots so well! The dusting feature is great, and I often dust first and mop second. I love clean floors, but with severe back pain and bad knees, I canno...

I love my Braava 380t But!

I love mine! my only con is the rubber wheels wear out to quick. iRobot did replace my 1st one free of charge after having it for about 6 months. But now I find the new one, which i have had for about 8 months is doing the same now. Yes I do use it about everyday. But i do sweep before I use it but other than that i love it. I would definitely recommend it. I also have a rumba and i will say I love that as well.
