Installed April '26. Professional plumber while doing the sink. Had some trouble registering on site. Talked to Sean and he finished it for me. The unit is working well. Good price for our family of 2. There could be better descriptions of what each filter does. This is a 6 stage no UV.

Terrible Company Policy

Nothing is wrong with the item, but my experience with Lowe’s has been terrible. I was pushed to open a Lowe’s credit card for 20% off, which took time and impacted my credit. Within 30 days, the price dropped by $36, and they refused to honor their own price match policy—just because I used that one-time discount. That makes no sense. Received my package, opened read instructions, watched a vedio . Installation went fine I'm 74 so not to bad at all. So far everything is working fine only a month in .

Bought this system as a watering system for growing my tomatoes. The tomatoes water is now better than I have in my home LOL. Yes I am a very intense home grown Heirloom tomato person.

Don't Waste Your Money

Have had this system for about a month now. This is our 3rd RO system and we generally love them. Not this one however. Installed easily, but makes about 16 oz of water every two hours....maybe. After an overnight of sitting I was able to fill 3.5 glasses normal sized glasses. There's plenty of pressure from the street, and the tank is pressurized to 9lbs. No reason it should't make water unless it's in the RO filter or thereafter. I've left them multiple messages asking for technical support,...
