easy to install, despite weird blade attachment
Would RecommendThis fan installs like most nowadays, but has a weird blade attachment. There are rubber grommets that go into the blade's mounting holes, but they are pre-installed. Where you would normally put a screw through the rubber grommet and into the blade arm, this fan has a pre-installed metal piece sticking up from the blade arm where the screw would normally go. So to attach the blade to the blade arm, you have to align the pre-installed metal piece with the rubber grommets, and then push the blade...

Would RecommendBought two hunter fans an three harbor breeze. Hunter is by far the better quality and ease of hanging well out weighs the slight increase in price over Harbour Breeze!

Would RecommendFan takes longer than 5 minutes to install. Blades go on fast, but putting on the light cover was a little tricky. Almost needed 3 hands.

Would RecommendFan was easy to install ( by my electrician husband) who has installed other ceiling fans in our home, but he did say he wasn't really thrilled with the small light bulbs, but once installation was completed, we were both pleasantly surprised how much light they produce. Great fan for an average sized room
Would RecommendWe purchased this fan to replace another that just didn't move enough air. This fan does that and more. It provides brighter light, (but not harsh light) than our other fan. It was truly easy to install, and looks great. If I could add a feature, it would be to have a fourth fan speed. The light kit came with three 60 watt incandescent candelabra style bulbs. It would have been better to have had them be LED.
5 Minute Installation! Yeah, right
Would Not RecommendTook a lot longer than 5 minutes to install, though it was easier than some of the fans I've installed. The blades are just snapped on instead of screwed on, that part was nice. Estimated time to install was a big catch. Then came replacement parts. The real problem came when we broke the globe in the process and have been looking for a replacement. Takes more than 5 minutes!
Would RecommendThis is a good looking fan and while it is easy to hookup the wires and mount the blades, it takes more than 45 minutes to install. For one reason, the 2" flush mounting rod is impossible to install due to the housing that covers the wiring. You must use the 3" rod for a flush mount. I did not know this until I was ready to mount the entire assembly! If I had known this beforehand, it would have taken a lot less time to install!

I bought the Hunter Waldon fan to replace an old wobbly, bright brass fan that I had installed at least 15 years ago. This fan is absolutely perfect for my12x14 master bedroom. Would RecommendIt looks great. Much quieter than our old Hunter. Really like the light, it's soft without being dark. I might put in brighter bulbs, though. One was broken and we called the number that was on the light bulb box, and got another in the mail right away. Love the nickel look. Researched a few fans on different sites before we went to the store to look at this one, and it's the one we both liked the best.

Would RecommendThe product was exactly as described with one exception. It advertises itself as a 5 minute fan. It takes 5 minutes to inventory the parts. The installation takes noticeably longer. If you follow the instructions step by step, everything goes without any problems.

Would RecommendIt is, after all, only a fan, but it seems very nice. In fact I bought and installed 1, liked it, so bought and installed a 2nd one. Can't yet attest to the durability of the fans, but am very pleased with them. They are exceptionally quiet. The lights are as bright as I needed them to be. I would definitely recommend this fan. It did take me longer than 5 minutes to install, but a person of normal intelligence could probably come close.
