Customers overwhelmingly praise this outdoor electrical outlet cover for exceptional weatherproof protection, sleek low-profile design, and straightforward installation. Most highlight its reliable water resistance, durability lasting years, and modern appearance as a superior upgrade from traditional bubble covers. Many appreciate the expandable design accommodating cords while closed, compatibility with duplex outlets and GFCIs, and solid build quality. A few report minor issues with heavy-gauge cords or latch strength, but these concerns are rare. Extended outlet cover
Would RecommendThe box was reasonable easy to install (longer screws helped). I wish the extension portion extended more to accommodate heavy duty plugs/cords you'll be using outside. This will hold one cord just fine but I'm not confident this will easily open/close with a second cord plugged in. I knew what I was getting when I purchased so no surprises. The cover looks nice on the wall outside with a clean appearance.
