This does not work as advertised
Would Not RecommendProduct states on box that it is for old work areas and areas with limited access. It accomplished neither. You still need to manually attach unit with nails or screws. There is no way to adjust unit once you get it up in ceiling. Totally useless product.

Would RecommendThis is a real time saver with hanging a light. yes you could do it with a 2X4 and a box but this saves time and effort by getting it right the very first time, and it's super strong.
