Would RecommendBuilt very sturdy and the price is very reasonable. Can hold 70 lb fan vs 35 lb by other brands and products. However, finding any RACO electrical boxes at Espanola store is a joke. Best ceiling fan bracket I’ve ever used!
Would RecommendThis was one of the sturdiest ceiling fan brackets I have ever used. It was also one of the easiest to install. Although I had full access to the work area were I was installing the bracket, it could be installed in a box hole if needed to be. I would highly recommend this bracket to anyone.

Easy to install fan mount.
Would RecommendThis mount seemed to work well for my install. I'm not sure if it meets outdoor install requirements though. I used this to mount a fan in my covered porch replacing a canned light. The brace was fairly easy to install. I wasn't able however to lock the box in on the rail, it has some slide, not sure if this is a feature or a bug.
