I recommend laminating the instructions or even taking a picture with your phone. Either way they include a helpline number to answer any questions seven days a week.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this product after waiting weeks. The packaging was torn to shreds almost and barely covered the time. That was worrisome. Thankfully the item was not damaged. Used it the next morning. It does its job ok.

I feel like a chemist

It's nice and compact and comes with plenty of vials of the right chemicals that should last me years of testing. They are high quality so I know I'm getting an accurate reading. Now all I have to do is perfect my maniacal laugh!

Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have always used a pool guy. This is the first time we used a test kit ourselves. The process is pretty easy. Just follow the instruction and add a few drops, and compare colors. It turns out that the chlorine level is a bit low and everything else is good. Actually, this 6-way test kit contains 3 tests that even our pool guy does not do. We are no considering maintaining the pool ourselves. The process is easy enought.

Nice kit!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This test kit is wonderful! It is a 6 way test kit that tests pools waters chlorine, bromide, hardness, and alkalinity. It also has a two tests for the cyanuric acid(free chlorine). The test kit has nice set of tubes that you test the ph and chlorine, making it easy to see the right color chart needed.

Pool Test Kit

I was able to test total chlorine, bromine, pH, total alkalinity, total hardness and cyanuric acid. You can test up to 100 times with only 1 kit, which means my pool will be clean and clear for the whole summer season! Overall, a very inclusive kit and good value.

The instructions were really easy to follow. I have a salt water pool and it is compatible with it. I would recommend to anyone with a pool.

Works Great!

As time as gone on through the different seasons there are different challenges in keeping the pool clean. This helps narrow down what chemical you need to keep it balanced.

Simple to use, but not while swimming!

I have this 6 test kit and rely on it as the most accurate way to balance my pool. The one time (opening my pool in spring) I couldn't quite get it I called and in a minute was speaking with a very helpful person who took all the time I needed to get me rolling. Here's a little hint. The various chemicals are explained on one side of the instruction sheet, instructions for testing and reading results on the other. It's on paper. Don't get paper wet, it's not waterproof. No need to laminate, just...

Easy to use

I bought my test kit when we bought our first pool in 1995 I’ve been using same kit since . I’ve tried others including strips but this one is my favorite and most reliable.I would like to get refill bottles if I could . I still use the same instruction sheet it came with trick is to get your sample then test it on bench or table by pool , the folds are coming apart but like anything if you take care of it it will last forever..

Easy to use

Been using the kit all summer. Easy to use (I laminated instrctions). 1 question: when adding calcium hardness indicator my water turns yellow not red. It takes about 25 drops of titrant to get to blue color, so it that reliable?

Incomplete CYA testing instructions

For the CYA test it read... "2 tests available" yet it only gives you the method for 1 test, not 2
