Performs well and easy to use.

Although, I’ve only used the blower 3 times, it performs as well as I expected. I would recommend numbering each step to start the blower. A visible number by each step would help women and young people capable of using the product.

it's a blower, it works!

Little trouble getting the sleeves together. Very tight fitting and I found it difficult making the clockwise turn required to lock them together. Maybe just getting weak in my old age. I'm 81.

Very reliable. Starts every time

This is a great, reliable and competitively priced leaf blower. It's got good power and we are very happy we chose this brand. We would recommend it for sure.

Great Blower at a great price

Easy to start; excellent trigger control- hardlly have to go to full power; powerful air flow.

Great for residential property

The biggest benefit compared to many other products is the light weight. This is the most important attribute of any tool that has to be carried around for extended periods of time. Why would anyone buy a battery operated blower that lasts 15 minutes and takes hours to recharge? Batteries are expensive and have a short life. I love my 2 stroke blower.

Great Blower! Great Purchase!

I did a lot of research before purchasing this blower and have not been dispaointed. It starts easy warm or cold, runs smooth, the motor spools up quickly when you hit the throttle and has great blowing power for a handheld class of blower. It's great value and Hitachi tops that off with a 7 yr warranty. Deciding which blower to buy is really a no brainer....this is the one you want.

This is my second one

My first purchase is still running but I wanted a second one for leaf season. This unit is much more powerful than my backback blower. My first one is still going strong after 7 years.

Fantastic blower , great value for the price.

Have only used the unit for a couple of weeks now but seems to perform very well. Was on sale at Lowe's for $87 so I decided to take a chance. I am very impressed with it so far. I have 5 acres but needed a light weight blower for driveway, yard, road etc. Was lighter than the electric unit my wife uses. And more powerful. The reason I gave only good ratings on reputation and durability was that the unit is still new.

Very powerful and easy to handle

Purchased this blower not too long. Used few times. It is easy to start and very powerful. Cleaned up the medium size yard in no time which it used to take me over an hour to clean up by using the push boom.

Love this thing!

For years I got by with a corded electric leaf blower. I would chain 150 feet of extension cords together sometimes. Not any more! I don't know why I didn't switch to this gas leaf blower sooner. Maybe the $50 gift card I got for Father's Day was key? This leaf blower starts on the first pull most of the time. It's relatively easy to use and quieter than others I've tried. I think the key to longevity for these 2-cycle gas devices is to use pre-mixed gas that is ethanol free.

Performance for the blower OK, warranty work is a problem.

I bought this blower less than a year ago because of price and the 7 yr. warranty. The performance of the blower has been good, it starts with no problem every time. However, I recently noticed that when I prime the gasoline the gas comes out of the plug from the tank which has the tubes to go to the carburetor. Not a good situation for potential fire. The closest warranty repair is in San Francisco about an hour away. The work is a simple replacement of a plug which should not take more than 10...

Best Leaf Blower I've owned.

My previous leaf blower was a Stihl and it worked well for about 10 years. When I had to replace it I decided to shop around and find a better price and read some reviews on this RB24EAP. Good product

Starts, runs, and blows as should. engine sucks air into left side of blower which turns out to be right side of right handed user. catches your pants leg. best to switch hands to use this.
