Ratings & Reviews for Hitachi 24-cc 2-cycle 441-CFM 170-MPH Gas Handheld Leaf Blower

Almost Perfect

Love the power and easy start. If it had a throttle lock it would perfect.

GREAT VALUE

WORKS GREAT. GREAT VAULE FOR THE MONEY. LIKE THE WARRANTY

Excellent warranty support

Bought this blower nearly seven years ago and when it stopped working I took it to a nearby Hitachi repair center. They had to rebuild the engine and it is just as good as new at no cost to me. Could not be more pleased.

Great product for the price

Had a little problem putting the blower together but am very satisfied with it's performance.

Easy to start

Very happy with the over all performance of this product. It’s lightweight yet powerful to handle the job.

Lightweight

I was disappointed that the blower didn’t have more power and the nozzle is rounded instead of oblong providing a wider area of wind force. It is also shorter than most other blowers.

Green Leaf Blower

This tool works exceptionally well. I t moves even wet leaves with ease. I have ownded numerous leaf blowers and this is the best one.

Reliability and function

Easy to start. Blows hard. Need I say more? Would strongly reccomend.

Excellent power & dependable

Excellent power dependable easy to use not too heavy

Absolute Workhorse, Outstanding Price.

Pound for pound the best handheld blower I have ever owned. It has the power of a backpack blower crammed into a handheld. Makes lawn/yard cleanup a breeze and leaf "raking" a cinch. Strongly recommend.

Misleading warranty

They advertise they have the best warranty in the business. Hang onto your receipt and expect to drive hundreds of miles or shell out big bucks for shipping. They do not provide any assistance for getting the product to them. My blower currently has a gas leak and should be getting their attention but no. Hopefully it does not burn down the house or the woods. I think Hitachi would be liable ( kind of like Blitz gas cans).

Great lightweight leaf Blower

It is perfect for my needs and then some. I do a lot of construction work . The Hitachi leaf blower makes a lot of my clean up tasks a breeze. I find it very useful.

Good for a couple of years

My son and I both got one from Lowe's. My son's went bad about a year into ownership, the recoil starter broke and he fixed it by ordering a new part (No Hitachi service center close). Mine worked pretty good for first six months then the fan started rattling and I fixed that, then the fuel line into the tank that primes the engine kept coming out getting fuel on my pants. Finally epoxied that, the the thing got hard to start, so checked the spark plug and found that the ignition sw had a short ...

Never fails to start on first pull even after 10yr

I was looking for a blower (had to buy one every other year) looked online found one I liked that wasn't the cheapest I could find. My local lowes did not carry that specific one so I looked for sonething comprobale found Hitachi what sold me was 7 year warranty. Its was 15$ more than the item I had originally picked I bought it thinking it's only 15 more than what I had planned on spending. When my mowing season is over I just put my yard equipment up and do not drain the gas. After 10+years I ...

Gets the job done

I have a smaller lot, this gets the job done pretty well. It has good power but any larger of a lot I would use something a little more powerful.

Dead After 8 Uses

Worked well at first. Used synthetic mixed fuel. After only a few uses, it won't start. Good reviews must only be from people who have to post a review the day they purchase. This is a piece of garbage.

EXCELLENT CHOICE

This blower is perfect. Great cost and great reliability.

Starts every time

Blower has never had a problem starting. It has good power when blowing leaves and debris.
