Great quality and extra features.

The stove that I ordered on line arrived damaged so I ended up buying this one which had a lot of extra features. It heats up fast and has a self-cleaning function which I love as I do not use chemical cleaners and like to keep my oven clean as I do a lot of baking. The quality is excellent and I hope it lasts many years of home cooked meals and my many recipes.

Rust all over

I bought our stove last year 9-1-25 and it works GREAT so I would recommend it in that aspect but within the last two months I’ve had a rust issue on the door and bottom drawer hisence support has done nothing but tell me that I’ve spilled water all over my appliance and tell me they can’t speculate the condition I have it in. They also took it upon themselves to revoke the warranty after I told them “yeah I use stainless steel cleaner and a stainless steel microfiber on it” we haven’t used it i...

Did not work properly

Lower drawer did not work properly. This was reason I only chose this stove. Installer did not know how to fix. He asked if I want a discount. I did but. I could not open or close. He said would leave this one and advise Lowes to line up a new one and I have not heard from Lowe’s. It is 9/13 and that was 9/11

It takes a really long time to heat up

Failed in less than one year

Hardly used at all but now the oven won’t work. Just an error message.

Amazing features

I bought this stove just a couple weeks ago and so far im in love super quick heating to the air fry oven as well as convection baking. Its all in 1 and im in love

Excellent Range

I have been very impressed by the features and value of the various Hisense appliances we have purchased over the past year, including this oven range. Within the oven, food is cooked very evenly and I appreciate the speed at which it heats up. One thing my family really noticed was that bread came out of this oven fluffier than out of other ovens when using the same dough. As for the cooktop, it is easy to clean, and nicely laid out. Hisense support is absolutely horrible.

Hot surface light turned on and stayed on after 4 days of ownership. A service company was displayed a week later. Did not fix it said they needed more parts. 2 weeks later I call back the service company said it was fixed. Hisense said they would escalate and call me back in 24 hr no call. Service came out again new member replaced all my burners. Still did not fix “I will recommend a replacement “ called service company and they will not answer or call back. Called Hisense again! ...
