cooktop cracked spontaneously and the company won’t back their defective cooktop. the over door just shattered trying to pull it out from wall to replace the cooktop i bought from their parts dept. this stuff utter trash. cheap, sub standard, weak trash. lowes should not be selling this stuff

cheap poorly made trash
this is poorly and cheaply made crap. my stove glass door just shattered trying to move it out from the wall. handle was secured by a flimsy weak piece of metal that allowed the handle to bend and shatter the glass. what a waste money. the dishwasher i bought also was cheap and flimsy. do not buy this brand

Hisense Range
I bought Hisense Range after years of needing update . I was pleasantly surprised with the quality for the price . I like the air fryer , food turned out well .It was very easy to set up and operate . I would recommend this range for the simplicity and price .

Stove
Bought the stove back in February 2026 have had nothing but issues and trouble. The stove would heat up to excessive amount of heat and burn everything. The Repair person came out several times finally, they replaced the brain still having issues with it then yesterday the stove top and the oven both died have asked for a supervisor to return a call. Hopefully they will sometimes they do sometimes they don’t.
