Tillman Brass screws strengths and weaknesses
Would RecommendI liked the finish and the percentage of threaded length. However, the screws were weak at the point at which the threads met the unthreaded portion, and easily broke at that point as torque was applied to tighten them. Users may find it necessary to drill more generous pilot holes and sacrifice some of the holding pressure to prevent breakage.
