Sharp and handy
Would RecommendWe received our knives in a timely manner. We've only had them for a month or so, but so far, they are sharp and do the jobs I wanted them for. The paring knife gets used the most, by my husband when he is making up our nightly salad. They seem to be keeping their sharp edge as I had hoped. We are happy with our purchase.

Strong feeling tang and blade, it is not stamped-out sheet stainless. I haven't had it long enough to tell if the steel is hard, and not basic stainless. Henkels had a good name for the steel in their knives. I don't like the low-density plastic in the handle. Other professional knives use a more dense plastic, which gives better balance. I h...

Best paring knife ever!
