Lost the one I’ve had for over 20 years. I was worried that the quality would be different, or the feel and weight, but it’s not! I’m just going to pretend that I never lost the first one.

VERY SHARP :)

We love them, but they don't match our other Henckels. Just wish you made a 4" that matched our set. They are by far the most used knives in our kitchen. Everything from slicing a delicate tomato to steak, and everything in between. REALLY sharp. :)

Great paring knife

Super sharp blade, comfortable handle. All of the knives in my knife block are from the Henckels Classic line. This one was purchased to replace suddenly-went-missing 30 year old predecessor. Not because they all have to match, but because they are well performing, good looking blades.

Easy to use

Paring knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned Henckels’ knives in the past and they have provided great service. This new paring knife was very sharp right out of the package. It sliced apples, potatoes, carrots, celery, with no problem it then sliced some Roma tomatoes with ease. I would recommend this little paring knife to anyone interested in a quality piece of cutlery for their kitchen.

The One Knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is possibly the best knife for most uses. It’s small and convenient, sharp, Great size and if you only had one knife out of all the wonderful ones they have, this would be the knife.
